Amajor7's Imperial Furniture by Amajor7
Link: http://83.227.185.211/Amajor7_Imperial_Furniture_0_98.zip
Version: 0.98
Description: This mod allows you to buy tapestries, cahirs, tables, candles, beds, paintings, rugs, thrones and more and place them where and when you want!! Currently this mod is a WIP though it is nearly V1.0. Damien now has his own shop and his wife sells plants. Some items are also now Havok enabled; some are not, to enable ease of placement. Placement of the items is a bit tricky at first though it gets easier. A hammer places your furniture; with the head of the hammer representing the "body" of the furniture and the haft representing the angle the furniture is facing. An easy list of options which enables you to pick up your furniture, place it, turn it on or off (in the case of lights) or do nothing. The current version has added a few items and fixed some bugs.

Armoury Lab by Tom Supergan
Link: http://tessource.net/files/file.php?id=3791
Version: 3.0
Description: This mod adds six rooms any player can access. The armoury is for repairing, storing, and displaying armour and weapons and the lab is used sorting and storing alchemy ingredients, making potions and storing potions based on attribute or school of magic. The enchanting area comes with spellmaking and enchanting altars and is adjacent to the alchemy lab. For those who want to plant their own gardens there’s plenty of planter space in the arboretum and there’s plenty of display cases for the perfectionist. To access the room, just use the portal next to the front door of any buyable house. In V3.0 optional mods have been added : the first includes Reznod’s Mannequin’s which have been  pre-placed (although you can put your own in too), the second includes a portal to the Lab instead of the armoury, the third includes a greenhouse and the last includes Surfing Ape's gardening mod which lets you plant flora anywhere.

Makes all interiors lighter during the daytime and a bit darker during the night. I know, I know not exactly a "House Tweak" but everyone complains about the darkness of their houses.

Town Armour to House by Fixxer=46=
Link: http://tessource.net/files/file.php?id=3638

When you buy a house it delivers the town’s armour to your house. I’ve no idea if it’s there for houses that you have already bought.
